Wednesday June 7, 9:30 am ET

LOS ANGELES, June 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Warning Models and Uber-Warning models (http://www.uberwarning.com), wholly owned subsidiaries of Warning Management Services Inc. (Other OTC:WNMI.PK - News), today announced that it's models have been exclusively chosen to debut tag+ jeans and Gold Hawk fall fashion lines.

The show will be presented at Element, in Hollywood, CA on June 9, 2006. The red carpet begins at 9:00 PM, with the runway show following. The fashion show, by invitation only, brings together on one runway tag+ jeans, created under the watchful eye of head designer Iskander Lemseffer, and Gold Hawk, created and designed by Michele Dahan, two of the industries most influential designers, and is paired with up to 20 of Warning's leading models. The show is co-sponsored by Svedka Vodka and Berry's Cafe and hosted by Anouar Productions, ENG PR, Lucas, Herman and Edwin Borques. Both national and international presses are invited to cover the event.

The show will feature Gold Hawk tops as well as tag+ jean bottoms. The jean line includes twisted-leg, cowboy and Western and are targeted toward the 20-45 year old consumer. The jeans feature distressed and stretch jeans for perfect fits. Some of the jeans are studded with shimmering Swarovski crystals. They retail from $165.00 to $900.00. The apparel lines are sold in boutiques world wide as well as Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and other retail clothiers.

``We are pleased to be part of this fashion event,'' said Omar Albertto, managing director of Warning Models. ``The company chose to exclusively use Warning's models for this show, given the number of modeling agencies available, strengthens our belief that our new business strategy for the agency, coupled with Scott's and Cat's amazing efforts and work ethic, is working and will soon catapult us to the forefront of our industry.''

Scott Whitfield, President of Uber-Warning, said, ``Being on the runway is the most natural place to be for Warning Models. We are pleased to be part of the company's strategy that will allow their tag+ jeans and Gold Hawk brands bridge the gap between sidewalk and catwalk.''

Says Iskander, ``I would like to thank Warning for joining us as the exclusive provider of the models for this show and am extremely pleased for the support Warning has supplied us for this upcoming premier event. Of all the agencies interviewed, we found Warning's models to be the essence of the trends we are attempting to set in our world of style. We are confident that this association with Warning will expand as we travel further down the road.''
