LOS ANGELES, March 29, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Warning Management Services, Inc. (Other OTC:WNMI.PK - News) today announced that it has signed a binding letter of intent for the acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of capital stock of Uber Inc., a Louisiana corporation.

Uber Inc. operating units include Uber models, The Speed Magazine, Uber Girls and Uber Vintage Clothing.

``We are pleased to announce the signing of this letter of intent with Uber Inc.,'' said Brian Bonar, Warning's CEO. ``We anticipate the acquisition of Uber will significantly increase Warning's national exposure through their magazines and web presence in both the modeling and clothing industries,'' he added. ``The acquisition is expected be completed upon Warning's final due diligence of the value of Uber's assets, current and anticipated business operations and business plan review. While it is anticipated that the signing of the definitive agreements will occur late in March, or early in April, 2006, the company can give no assurance of when and if there will be a definitive closing.''

Uber Inc., founded in 1999, develops and supplies models for fashion editorials in magazines, catalogs, newspaper advertisements, personal appearances, trade shows and conferences and for advertising clients who use models in posters, websites, billboards and other outlets. The Speed Magazine is distributed to college campuses nationwide.
