LOS ANGELES, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Warning Management Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WNMI - News) announced today that its common stock has been re-listed for trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board, the regulated quotation service for fully reporting companies, under the stock symbol (OTC Bulletin Board: WNMI - News).
"We previously announced that we have made all the filings necessary to bring the Company up-to-date on its requirements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission," said Brian Bonar, Warning's Chairman and CEO. "We are pleased that our shareholders now again have the opportunity to follow the Company more closely, since the OTC BB is carefully monitored by all major financial sites on the Internet and elsewhere."
More than 3,200 companies are listed on the OTC BB, with approximately 230 market makers. Some 31 billion shares are traded monthly on the OTC BB, with a value topping $1.2 billion.
